We partnered with Nukkuville (ex-Unikea) before the company was founded. The aim was to give a small business owner the same tools as massive multinational corporations have in order to have a chance competing. Nukkuville is still growing strong.
Function
Our part was to help out resourcing the individual partners for different tasks & overlooking the whole creative process. We got our hands dirty with branding work, digital & traditional end-products. Our Toni also did a collaboration with Nukkuville by designing a bed called “Pete” that is still in production.
Beauty
We went for a minimalistic & classic way with high attention to detail. Matching the same overall high-end look & feel as their products do. The hardest part was to show as realistically & relatably as possible the passion and hard work that goes into making the hand made furnitures of Nukkuville. We chose a deep and intimate style of photography finished of with a very personal storytelling style.

By customising our “starter kit”, we did an easy to use set of branding tools, involving only the main products used when getting a company started.

People at Seymour are quite a characters on their own. We wanted to match that same appearance and charm in their brand products. Especially when distributed without a face-to-face contact. For this we created a visual concept involving two visual layers. The second layer being always hidden until interacted with, adding that personal touch to “cold-contacts”.

Edrington approached us to get help in communicating more efficiently with their distributors. Efficiency was achieved with a bi-annual published magazine. The concept was tested first in Finland and then launched all around Europe.
Function
We created a newspaper styled concept with educative posters. Functioning as a straight-forward-way to order products while learning more about them. This knowledge was not only used to educate the staff, but ended up spreading out to end users as well. This showed as an increase in sales.
Beauty
All this was wrapped in a beautiful layout with high amount of custom details inspired by old newspapers & distilleries. This was combined with a softly tinted & recycled quality paper that, when exposed to light, started to wrinkle & age beautifully. Most of the editions are still in use & on display.

This started of as a study for a passion project & ended up getting funded by The Finnish Government. The goal was set to create a new media platform for the younger generation to educate & widen their perspective with real issues at hand. This concept was awarded The Media Innovation Award & has now evolved to the next level.
Function
With the fund a trial was created, where we sent out two Finnish journalist to South-Sudan & Pohjanmaa. All this was documented and then published on Youtube. All the material where optimised for a truly mobile experience. It worked and became a viral phenomenon.
Beauty
All this was wrapped in honest and unpolished visuals with an even more brutal pace. The hardest part was making it a believable brand in the eyes of the younger generation. There’s no fooling them.

This partnership started with a “We need a hand-out” brief. They wanted to grow their new DevOps department aiming to shorten the systems development life cycle. While also delivering features, fixes, and updates frequently in close alignment with business objectives. And there we stepped in. In the first year 90% growth was achieved. Five years later, they’re one of the biggest & work in six different countries. Well done Eficode.
Function
We did a series of two-sided quick guide manuals in both digital & print aimed for their clients; both experts & management. The manuals were used to educate and get the clients on the same page before meetings.
Beauty
We did two-sided A5-format brochures with the other side aimed for experts & the other for management. The brochure was beautifully printed in six different materials, some of them being quite experimental. Brochures being this complex, the printing company had to order a specialist from Germany and calibrate their machines to achieve the required quality & high-end-feel.
